Dogs, cats and fish may be approved by management only after resident pays the $300.00 non-refundable Pet fee plus Pet rent of $20.00 per month, and has submitted roommate(s) and co-signor consent (form provided by property), and both resident and maangement have signed the Pet Lease Addendum. Management will only approve one (1) Pet per person, up to a maximum of two (2) Pets per unit. Authorized Pets must meet breed and weight restrictions outlined on the Pet Lease Addendum. ALL OTHER ANIMALS ARE PROHIBITED.
Smoking is not allowed inside any units, in building hallways or stairways, or near outdoor amenity areas.
